Dormie, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your family's privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our websites at dormie.ai and www.dormie.ai and use the Dormie application.

2. How We Store Your Data
We take the security of your family's data seriously:
- Waitlist data is stored in Cloudflare D1, a secure edge database with no public endpoint. It is only accessible through our application code.
- App data is stored on our own self-hosted servers with encryption at rest and in transit.
- All AI processing runs on private hardware. Your children's information is never sent to OpenAI, Google, or any third-party AI provider.
3. How We Use Your Data

- Provide personalized parenting guidance within the Dormie app
- Improve and refine Dormie's recommendations for your family
- Communicate with you about beta access, product updates, and support
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your family's information stays with Dormie.
We do not use your data for advertising or retargeting purposes.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Dormie collects information about children from their parents or legal guardians — not directly from children. The Dormie app is designed for use by parents and caregivers, not by children themselves.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at Legal@dormie.ai.
6. AI Disclaimer
Dormie provides informational support and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your pediatrician or a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns about your child.
7. Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our signup forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated submissions. Turnstile is a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. It does not track users, set cookies for advertising purposes, or harvest data for ad retargeting. For more information, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at Legal@dormie.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
If you are on the waitlist and wish to be removed, contact us and we will delete your information promptly.
