These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dormie websites at dormie.ai or www.dormie.ai and the Dormie application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Dormie, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Dormie is an AI-powered parenting companion that provides personalized guidance on sleep, feeding, behavior, potty training, and child development. The Service uses structured pediatric methodology to deliver informational support to parents and caregivers.
2. Beta and Pre-Launch Status
Dormie is currently in development. By joining our beta program or waitlist, you acknowledge that:
- The Service is under active development and may contain bugs or incomplete features
- Features and availability are subject to change without notice
- We may discontinue or modify the beta program at any time
- Beta participants may be asked to provide feedback to help improve the Service
3. AI Limitations
Dormie is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The Service provides informational support based on general pediatric methodology and your child's specific patterns. It does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or emergency medical advice.
Always consult your pediatrician or a qualified healthcare provider for:
- Medical concerns about your child
- Health emergencies
- Developmental concerns that may require professional evaluation
- Any situation where your child's safety is at risk
4. User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your child and family
- Use the Service as a supplementary resource, not as a replacement for professional medical care
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse the Service
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
